We were asked to create branding for ASHTON COURT, a bespoke development of 44 apartments and townhouses to be situated on four acres of private grounds at the mouth of the river Blackwater in the town of Youghal Co. Cork.
We were asked to create branding for ASHTON COURT, a bespoke development of 44 apartments and townhouses to be situated on four acres of private grounds at the mouth of the river Blackwater in the town of Youghal Co. Cork.
Following discussions with the client as to their ideas and wishes we visited the site and were brought around Hyde House – known locally then as the Lorreto Convent for our first fact finding tour. Features throughout the building such as, the ornate brickwork, face reliefs, ceramic tiles, the view of Youghal bay and architectural features of the building facade would be used to feed into the design process.
Talking with other creatives on the project including the interior designers and interior photographers helped us to further understand the vision behind this luxury development. These conversations led to the production of high quality images of aspirational interiors for use across brand touch points.
We designed a classic modern suite of logos – the main Ashton Court and five others to be used across each development phase – and a contemporary colour palette to compliment the planned interiors.
We created a website, presentation brochures for the client and sales agents plus site signage and continue to work with the client on upcoming phases.
